1. Verify them
2.Open GOATPAD in Banner 
3. Reset their PIN to their first initial last initial and last 4 of their DMACC ID number and confirm pin (example az1234)
4. Set an expiration to two years.
5. Hit save
6. Give them the option to reset it to something only they know by giving them the reset link.
