1. Check their name in banner. 

2. If it has an apostrophe in the name this will break the Aleks link. 

3. Fix it in AD for First Name or Last Name (Usually Last Name), but leave it in the Display Name. 

4. They should be able to click the link right after fixing and saving their name in AD.
