For personal computers and equipment, DMACC offers limited technical support for issues related to online classes only.
We do not provide the following services:
- Virus, adware, and spyware removal
- Home network, including wireless support
- Hardware repairs
- Operating system reinstallation
- Advanced software support
MyLab is a virtual DMACC computer at https://mylab.dmacc.edu, and is available for current students, faculty, and staff.
Each DMACC campus has open computer labs available for current students, faculty, and staff. Lab locations are posted at http://www.dmacc.edu/helpdesk/Pages/computerlabs.aspx.
