There has been a known issue with instructor setups when they power on their system and either the TV is blank or the PC Monitor is blank.

To remedy this until we find a permanent solution is as follows:

  1. Log into PC with your credentials.
  2. Push and hold windows + P at the same time.

    

        3. Select Duplicate on the right hand side.

 

This will allow both screens to show the content on the PC and should solve your issues.
