Your soft phone has been configured. To set up the soft phone on your laptop you will first need to be connected to the DMACC VPN. If you have not already done that, here are the instructions:

If you have already been using the DMACC VPN, disconnect from the VPN and then reconnect to make sure the VPN is using the correct settings to allow access to the servers.


Once the VPN is connected, download and install the Cisco Jabber software. The Cisco Jabber software can be downloaded from: 

 

https://www.webex.com/downloads/jabber.html

 

Use your DMACC username and password to log into Jabber.
