Students' network accounts, including email, will be kept active a minimum of 150 days after their last day of credit class. If the student is not registered for any classes after the 150-day period and they are not a DMACC Employee, all information will then be deleted. If a student is approaching this 150-day threshold, they will receive an email roughly one week in advance warning them of this.
