Active Students

Student Active Directory accounts remain active as long as the student maintains credit enrollment at Des Moines Area Community College.

Student information will be kept a minimum of 150 days from the end of the last semester attended. Students who are not registered for any classes after the 150 day period and are not a DMACC employee will have their information deleted.

Former Students

Students who no longer have an active network account can still access the Web Info System.

Login requires their DMACC ID number and PIN.

Returning Students

Students registering for credit classes after being deleted will be re-created in Active Directory as a new user account. Banner files are created upon registering. The Blackboard snapshots then utilize these Banner files. This process can take 1-2 business days.

These are resources provided by the college to complement traditional methods of communications to support teaching and learning, research, services and administration.
